COVID-19 Safety Plan

2020 Market Safety Plan

Aloha Community Farmers’ Market acknowledges the challenging situation our communities are currently facing due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our Board of Directors is closely tracking all updates regarding to COVID-19 and communicating often both with each other as well as markets in the region to discuss new market safety requirements and guidelines. In this regard, we’ll be making a variety of changes to ACFM this season to most safely serve everyone during this crisis. This includes:

  • Updating ACFM’s market layout to provide extra space between vendors and clear signage to maintain social distancing and other safety requirements;
  • Requiring that all market patrons wear masks (covering mouth and nose);
  • Providing sanitization stations throughout the market;
  • Requesting for only one member per household to enter the market, whenever possible;
  • Asking you to leave pets at home (except for certified service animals);
  • Asking you (and our volunteers and vendors) to stay home if you feel sick or have been in contact with anyone who has been sick;

We look forward to working together with you, our vendors and our volunteers to safely serve and support our community this year, despite the new and ever-changing circumstances!
